Processing time
Orders are packed and handed over to the carrier within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping times
EU: 2–7 business days
Worldwide: 5–14 business days
(Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local carriers.)

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your receipt, shipping confirmation, and tracking link.

Customs, duties & taxes
For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer directly to the carrier or customs office upon delivery.
We do not collect or handle these fees.

Delays
We do our best to ship fast, but we’re a one-person operation and occasional delays can happen. If anything comes up, we’ll keep you in the loop.
